The stainless steel stirring kettle adopts a static seal structure, and the stirrer and the motor drive are connected by a magnetic coupling. Due to its non-contact transmission torque, the static seal replaces the dynamic seal, which can solve the leakage problem that cannot be solved by the mechanical seal and packing seal before. The stirring parts of the whole medium work in a completely sealed state. The reaction kettle adopts a static sealing structure, and a permanent magnet coupling is used between the propelling agitator and the motor. The rotation state of the agitator is displayed on the speedometer through the speed measuring device.
The stainless steel stirring kettle is equipped with a console, which can adjust the power supply voltage of the electric heater according to the given temperature to achieve the purpose of automatic constant temperature. In the same way, according to the needs of the stirring load, the power supply voltage of the stirring motor is adjusted to achieve the purpose of stepless speed regulation and stirring. Reactor propeller type and paddle type can only be used when the amount of liquid dispersion is small due to their smaller shear force than the straight blade turbine type, and the paddle type is rarely used for dispersion operations. The dispersion operation has baffles to enhance the shearing effect. The shell adopts a standard aluminum alloy chassis, and the upper cover can be pulled out backwards, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
